SABINA HODZIC
Psychologist (University of Belgrade, Serbia), Master of Work Psychology, Human Resources and Organization (University of Valencia, Spain and Université Paris Descartes, France). Currently she is pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology of Human Resources University of Valencia, Spain in joint management with Université Paris Descartes, France.
Her research interest is focused on exploring and developing emotional competencies and the relationship between these and both psychological and physical well-being, conflict management, stress management, communication skills, positive emotions.
She has professional experience in planning and implementation of recruitment and selection processes, and interventions in emotional competencies.
