Participants are exposed to have the role of trainers in a well organized accompaniment  "On The Job Training".

As you can see in the picture, the main actors of the program are the participants.

 

It´s important to clarify that our tools (Individual and organitational) are very neutral which lets us focus each tool to concrete real projects and needs that any organization may have.

 

This is why we can be encharged of a genuine accompaniment process with all the participants and make sure they will learn practice and achieve their individual and organizational goals.

One of our main differentiators can be seen in workshops such as "Individual Tools" were participants have the opportunity to practice every coaching tool with the PTC (Peer Team Coaching ) methodology combined with the Shadow coaching methodology. Participants will be encoraged to be exposed to both the coach and the coachee role so they will learn from their own and other´s mistakes under our facilitators supervision. 

¿How do you measure the impact of the program?

 

In order to continue the same line of research that has been offering current literature, one of the purposes of this program is to create a PRE and POST model that integrates both quantitative and qualitative method, in this way we will measure not only the level of satisfaction that participants may have, but mainly reflected the transfer of knowledge on concrete results that have been generated during the strategic planning in the organization.

 

The second strategy evaluation and monitoring we offer to complement this important process is the transverse phase.

 

The very nature of this phase aims to anchor everything learned in the modules and convert all areas for improvement (both individual and organizational levels) found in the process of exploring  in real development projects that provide concrete positive changes within of the organization.

 

In conclusion, the impact of the program will be demonstrated with two strategies, the first with the pre and post measurement and the second results of these projects generated the same program.

 

 

¿ Can I choose de modules that interest me ? Or I have to follow a certain order

 

What the scientific literature recommends is that human training skills  should be progressive, which means that there must be an order which is established in the map of the leadership program.

 

Understanding that each organization has a different story and therefore different needs, the module catalog becomes a starting point so you can design the combination of modules that best fits  your needs.

 

However, the program starts with a process of academic and logistical support  from the design  with the organization the combinations of modules that best meet specific needs, to the design of the specific timing and  groups .

 

 

¿Will participants have  extra work load  outside the course ?

 

No, the methodology is specially designed to be "Learn by doing", learning and skills development offered in different modules, must be achieved only with the activities taking place inside the module. This means that there are no additional readings, and assigments to deliver.

 

 

¿Can this Leadership program be taken on line?

 

No, both the scientific evidence and business practice have shown that while it is true that virtual training is very attractive and effective in some cases, human development, especially in developing leadership skills, it is necessary to apply classroom methodology. In this way, participants will have the opportunity to practice all irreplaceable tools offered in the program with their peers.
